Karin Rådström
Member of the Board of Management Daimler Truck Holding AG, responsible for the regions Europe and Latin America and the Mercedes-Benz Truck brandKarin Rådström was born on February 22, 1979 in Södertälje, Sweden. After graduating with a Master of Engineering in Industrial Management from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, she started as a trainee at Scania in 2004.
Since 2007, Karin Rådström held several managing positions at Scania. She started as Group Manager of Product Information within sales and marketing. She then worked in fleet management as Product Planner and Product & Area Manager for five years. In 2012, Karin Rådström was appointed as Director of Fleet & Driver Services with global responsibility for the service portfolio of connected vehicles and driver services. In 2014, she became Director for Pre-Sales & Marketing Communications for Scania East Africa in Kenya, based in Nairobi.
In 2016, she was appointed as the Senior Vice President and Head of Buses & Coaches Scania. From 2019 until 2020, Karin Rådström was responsible for Sales and Marketing at Scania as a member of the Executive Board.

Andreas von Wallfeld
Head of Marketing, Sales and Services Mercedes-Benz TrucksAndreas von Wallfeld, born on December 24, 1970, is Head of Marketing, Sales and Services Mercedes-Benz Trucks. After studying Business Administration and receiving his MBA in 1998, he started his career at former DaimlerChrysler AG in the International Management Associate Program.
After holding several positions in the areas of Product Management and Sales Strategy at the group’s headquarters in Stuttgart, he managed the company-owned Mercedes-Benz Sales and Service Outlet in Fulda from 2006 to 2011. In this function he was responsible for the cross-divisional sales operations for cars, vans, and trucks. Starting in 2011, Andreas von Wallfeld headed Brand Experience Communication for the Mercedes-Benz Cars business unit in Stuttgart, which is responsible for the division’s auto show participations, exhibitions, events, retail presentations, customer centers, and other brand platforms all over the world. In January, 2014, he became responsible for passenger car sales and marketing after being appointed as member of the Management Board of the Mercedes-Benz Sales and Marketing Organization Germany (MBVD).
Since May 1, 2018, Andreas von Wallfeld has taken his current position and is responsible for Marketing, Sales and Aftersales activities of Mercedes-Benz Trucks.
