Remuneration of the Board of Management

With effect from January 1, 2023, the Supervisory Board resolved on a remuneration system for the members of the Management Board, taking into account the requirements of Section 87a (1) of the German Stock Corporation Act, and submitted the remuneration system for approval to the Annual General Meeting on 21 June 2023 under agenda item 6.

Remuneration system since 1 January 2023

The Annual General Meeting approved the remuneration system for the members of the Board of Management with a large majority of 96.62%.

  • Remuneration system from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022

    From January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, the remuneration system for members of the Board of Management described in the convocation of the Annual General Meeting on June 22, 2022 under agenda item 8 applied, which the Supervisory Board had resolved taking into account the requirements of Section 87a (1) of the German Stock Corporation Act and submitted to the Annual General Meeting on June 22, 2022 for approval. The Annual General Meeting approved the remuneration system for the members of the Board of Management with a large majority of 96.20%.
