The labour representation of Daimler Truck aims for safeguarding and growing jobs as well as maintaining good and fair working conditions. Its ambition doesn't end at the company’s gates. The labour representation also takes a stand on far-reaching national and European framework conditions, as well as on political and social issues.
German law considers two different committees: The General Works Council is focussing on cross-site regulations within the company. While the Group Works Council is responsible for cross-company regulations within the whole group.
